I wanted to let you know what a pleasure it has been working with you and your associates. Many of our friends warned us prior to our remodel what a horror it was working with contractors. I'm sure you've heard the stories: unreliable, disappear for weeks, shoddy workmanship ... the list goes on.
Well, it was such a pleasant surprise to have none of those "traditional" experiences from you. You were always interested in delivering the best product at the lowest possible cost, and we appreciate you working so hard for us. With your helpful suggestions, the house turned out so much better than we had ever dreamed.
We have been so pleased with your work we would never think of working with anyone else ... thank you for making our "Dream House" a reality.

Jim built my 5,100 square-foot home on Del Mar Mesa on time and on budget. Two years ago, the house was on the market for $4,100,000.
Over the years, Jim built apartment buildings for me and remodled existing homes. He built new homes for a number of my friends and business associates. I highly recommend Jim for any size construction project.

I bought a home in Del Mar 9 years ago that Jim Besemer had built about 3 years earlier. It is well constructed and I have had very few problems. Anytime I have an issue, Jim stands behind his work and is very pleasant to deal with. He has done other work for me and I find him to be quite competent, timely and competitive. He is my go-to guy and he works hard not to disappoint. I have recommended him to friends without any hesitation. Jim's a good man.
